Dear Mr. Herring,
In today's world, a true craftsman is hard to come by. I have really found a true Master Machinist when I found you. My problem started when the company that made my 7.5 gauge locomotive sold me $190 worth of drawings that later I found out didn't match my engine. After being frustrated by having emails and phone calls not returned, you came to my rescue. After you helped me modify my running gear problem, my engine seems to be becoming an item in the hobby. Your calculations were right on the money. The first time I ran my engine, it was exciting to watch it pull twice as many cars up your 4.5% grade as other locomotives. Thanks to your talent, I own a good running locomotive.
